Enquire about this bouquetBuilt from whatever the garden gives up at the very end of the season — the last few dahlias before the first frost, alongside grasses, seed heads and rose hips that are technically “finished” but still beautiful. This is the one bouquet each year that leans more into texture and structure than fresh bloom.
We make this one for about three weeks in late October and then it’s gone until next autumn, once the garden is properly cut back for winter.
